Give the small things their own place.
An organised kit saves the interesting part of the session for the water.

Sort by the task
Put the items you use together in a clearly separated space. A box organised around your actual method is easier to read than one arranged only by size or colour. Keep damaged or uncertain tackle out of the ready-to-use compartment until you can assess it properly.
Make the bank routine simple
Open the kit at home and practise finding what you need without emptying everything. Contain loose items that can roll away and use appropriate protection for sharp components. A compact setup leaves more room for a comfortable position and a clear access route.
Reset after the outing
Check pockets and trays while the session is still fresh in your memory. Follow the care instructions for the equipment and let suitable items dry before storage. Replace a missing small component now, so the next free morning does not begin with an avoidable search.
